It Starts With The Herd

Our 400-strong herd graze the green pastures of County Donegal. Every cow is known by name, cared for daily and traceable straight back to the bottle.

Milk travels just metres from the parlour to our on-farm dairy — never sitting on a tanker, never sent away to be standardised or stripped of its character.

A short HTST pasteurisation in our own dairy room protects the milk's natural flavour and nutrition — nothing homogenised, nothing standardised. The cream line stays where it belongs.
